Common questions

What does a subscription give me?

Two things. It lifts the daily limit: without a subscription you get 2 lessons a day, with one there is no cap. And it tops up coins every month — the AI uses them to build new courses, lessons and flashcards for whatever you are learning.

Do coins expire?

Yes. Every month your balance is reset to the plan's allowance: last month's leftovers are replaced by the new grant, not added to it. Coins are monthly by design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. After cancelling the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the courses and lessons you made stay with you.

Monthly, 3 months or yearly?

The longer the period, the cheaper the month. Plus: 399 ₽ monthly, 899 ₽ for 3 months (300 ₽ a month) or 1,999 ₽ a year (167 ₽ a month). You are charged once per period, then it renews automatically — cancel any time. Coins still arrive every month rather than all at once.

Do I need a subscription just to study?

You can study for free, but no more than 2 lessons a day — after that you wait until tomorrow. A subscription removes the limit and adds coins for creating your own content.

Where do I enter my card?

In the CloudPayments form that opens over the page. Card details never reach UCHU and are not stored by us.
